(Terms of Service)

By accepting TheNobles' TOS, you are agreeing to treat any transactions on business terms. If you are caught breaking any agreements, you understand there will be consequences and have the possibility of being publicly blacklisted from future commissions. This TOS is here to protect both parties if there is any confusion or miscommunication. Any personal information from the client such as emails, addresses, etc. will not be publicly displayed without permission in order to protect their privacy. We also have the right to change our prices whenever we deem it necessary.
Expectations/Rules
We have the right to deny service to anyone without reason.
Breaking the TOS could put you at the risk of losing your commission without refund.
We have the right to change our TOS at any time to fit our needs.
We have the right to all our works that we have produced and may use them as examples / share in our profolio. If a commissioner wishes for us to not post their commission publicly, may request it.
TheNobles are an artist couple who bring you quality art at the fairest possible price.
We ask for your patience and understanding that once we are commissioned, that timing for completion can get changed.
We only accept Paypal. Payment must be completed first before we start. No Checks. No Holds.
Full payment please; no partial / payment plans at this time.
Commissions will be started 48 hours after 'refund request period' is over.
The price of your commission will be determined by the following:
( Minimum Wage x Estimated Hours )+ Any additional Fees ( if needed )

As mentioned before, timing for completion can vary from multiple reasons:
health, school, work, special events, working on multiple commissions, ect.
We will try our best to communicate with you if there is any delay!
Commissioners may ask for an update on their commission once every 2 weeks, but please be patient.
We work on our queue out of order and sometimes bounce around commissions. We try to work on those we recieve first, but it is not always the case. Unless you have paid for a rush fee that will put you to the top of the list, you will recieve your artwork at a normal rate. You can check on our progress through our trello's.
We will be presenting wips of our progress as we go to keep you updated. If there is any changes that need to be made in the beginning stages, please do not hesitate to let us know. It is harder to change things near completion. You have 2 free simple change requests each WIP stage; We are a bit flexible on this rule, but don't abuse it. If we feel like you are abusing it or the change is outrageous then there will be an additional charge. Please be considerate when requesting changes because some may not be able to be met depending on the progress of the commission.
Please do not claim any products we produce as your own work! Credit us and link people back to us if they are interested! The last thing we need is people impersonating to be us or claiming our work as their own.
All products will have our logo hidden in them.
Please do not resell our products! You may not use our artwork for commercial use / mass production / profit!
If you are caught doing this, you will be blacklisted!
Do not edit / copy / trace our art!
We DO NOT support NFTS.
Character Adopt Policy
Our adoptables are for personal use only. You may edit the colors / gender / backstory / etc; but not beyond recongition of the original design.
You may gift / trade / resell the character, but not more than what you purchased it for or lower. Unless if comes with additional artwork that you purchased, then you can add the commission prices to the original value.
Please do not make a species out of our design. Do not claim that you made the design.
You may not use them for commercial usage. If you are interested in purchasing the rights, please feel free to message us and then we can discuss a possibility from there.
If you are found breaking the TOS / issuing a chargeback / being inconsiderate and rude before your commission is completed; we have the right to not finish / keep your artwork without a refund.
Refunds
Refunds are only given if we feel it is needed for any reason (School, Work, too much work load, etc).
You may only request a refund 48 hours after you send in the payment.
100% Refund if artwork not started and we offer refund.
If you issue a chargeback without notifying us first, you will immediately be put on our blacklist.
Please come to us first if there is an issue!
Refunds are not available for the following reasons:
-Commission has been started.
-You issue a chargeback.
-If you request refund late.
-Artwork is completed.
-You break our TOS agreement.
Refunds will be given for the following:
-Commission has not been started.
-We find ourselves unable to complete/start a commission due to a certain period of time / events.
-Unable to work with you as a customer (Rare Occasion)
Blacklist
Our Blacklist exists to protect ourselves and alert the art community of people who we wish to not do business with. Some for personal reasons, others for breaking our TOS and proceeded to do so even after warnings were given. We do ask that you do not harass these users in any form and leave them be. We would appreciate it if you do not attempt to buy art from us for blacklisted individuals. The list can be edited at any point of time.
If you understand this, but are caught repeatedly helping out the user, you too, will be added to the list.
FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
Q: Can I ask you to change something to my already finished commission?
A: To be honest, it is a case by case situation. Since you had an entire progress of WIP's shown to you and we weren't asked to change anything during this time, we'd say no. Yet we'll be happy to edit / change anything to the commission for a 'fix fee' counting on how extreme the request is!
Q: When do you open commissions?
A: We will announce commission openings through journals on our official pages.
Q: Are you open for all your commissions?
A: Yes and No. Keep an eye out on our announcements; we will usually let you know what we are accepting at that time.
Q: Can I get a quote for a commission?
A: You are welcomed to message us anytime, whether we are open or not for a quote!
Q: Why was my commission denied?
A: This can be for a number of reasons, but we will try our best to clarify with you if this happens.
Q: Do you do Art Trades?
A: At this current time, no.
Q: I do not have a paypal. Do you take any other form of payment?
A: Our only other method is taking Deviantart points.
